Update as promised
Here it is , I promised an update to my 1 star review after my issue was resolved . I received a poor quality fender twice. And after talking with AJ and Johan about their quality they assured me it would be taken care of . they were right . third time was the charm . I finally received a good quality fender . I understand mistakes happen , but these guys dealt well with me being a demanding customer and they made it right . they also assured me the issue was going to be fixed moving forward . so please don't hesitate to order parts from load trail . if for some reason they show up defective , we all know it happens to everyone , they will fix it . I hope I never need to order parts again . but if I do , I wouldn't hesitate to call them again
